1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Economy Discord bot, related Discord commands, games, economy features, and the Economy website/dashboard. By using the bot, interacting with its commands, logging into the dashboard, or participating in economy games, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the bot or dashboard. Server administrators may also set additional server rules. If server rules conflict with these Terms, the stricter rule may apply.

2. What Economy Is

Economy is an entertainment bot for Discord communities. It provides virtual currency, inventory, shop, crafting, achievements, quests, leaderboards, profile pages, and games such as chess, Minesweeper, Wordle, 2048, RPS, Memory Match, and related activities.

Virtual currency, virtual items, achievements, ranks, and game rewards are digital entertainment features only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and do not represent ownership of real property.

3. Eligibility and Discord Account

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Economy. You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account.

The dashboard uses Discord login with the identify scope so we can recognize your Discord account and show your economy profile.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use macros, automation, self-bots, scripts, or exploits to farm currency, rewards, games, or achievements.
• Attempt to manipulate bugs, race conditions, command cooldowns, game outcomes, or leaderboard scoring.
• Harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, or abuse other users through bot features.
• Attempt to access admin-only features, private data, Redis keys, API routes, or accounts you do not control.
• Use the bot or dashboard in a way that violates Discord rules, server rules, or applicable law.

5. Economy Balances, Items, and Games

Economy may add, remove, reset, tax, refund, or adjust virtual currency, items, achievements, cooldowns, games, and leaderboards to fix bugs, prevent abuse, enforce rules, rebalance gameplay, or maintain the health of the economy.

Some games may involve virtual bets or wagers using virtual currency. These are virtual points only and are not gambling, cash betting, or real-money wagering.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Server staff and bot administrators may warn, restrict, blacklist, reset, or remove users from economy features when necessary. Reasons may include abuse, cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, spam, or violation of these Terms or server rules.

Economy bans are not Discord platform bans. They only restrict use of Economy features unless server staff separately take action in Discord.

7. Dashboard and Admin Features

Some dashboard pages require Discord login. Admin pages are restricted to authorized administrators. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, modify another user's data without permission, or interfere with bot configuration.

8. Availability and Changes

Economy is provided as-is. Features may be changed, paused, limited, removed, or reset at any time. We may update these Terms when the bot, dashboard, Discord requirements, or legal needs change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. No Warranty

The bot and dashboard are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free games, permanent data storage, or that every command will work exactly as expected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Economy and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of virtual currency, virtual items, leaderboard position, game progress, or access to bot features.
